  • Identify and propose opportunities for optimizing reliability and efficiency of our production processes

What We Look For

  • Completed technical or craft vocational training

  • Strong skills in electronics assembly and soldering techniques

  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components, also under the microscope

  • Hands-on experience with hand tools and with test & measurement instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes) is a plus

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions and follow them precisely

  • Patience, sustained concentration, and attention to detail to consistently deliver high-quality and reproducible work

  • Fluent in English (ability to participate in internal meetings and understand work instructions); German is a plus
